WELCOME TO MY GALLERY

I was born in Los Angeles, Ca, and first studied graphic design at Santa Monica Community College before transfering to San Diego State University. The start to my career was on the SDSU campus with Aztec Shops Ltd. I started as an intern my junior year assisting the Head Graphic Designer. After graduating in 2001, I was able to continue my career with Aztec Shops full-time. As much as I enjoyed the co-workers and the environment, I was given an opprotunity to work with a college friend and a chance to do more and to grow my graphic design talents. I started working for S&S Displays in 2004, the owner was the very talented and innovative tradeshow display engineer, Steve Weber. From preping files to print and handling the large HP printers, I quickly moved up in the company and became the Lead Graphic Designer and was in charge of hiring new graphic designers and managing the graphics department. After Mr Weber had passed, the company felt the loss of such a great leader, and it was not looking good for the company to hold on any longer. I reached out to another great printer in town, Digital One Color. And in 2008 was hired promptly after my first interview. I worked for another great mastermind, Paul Moebius, and it was wonderful learning from him and growing with the company. I not only prepared files to print, but also became head of Customer Service and Managing production. In 2012, I took a break from working solely as a graphic designer/printer and helped my husband start his own business. I helped with the Corporate Identity and still help as Secretary for the business. I still do what I can to be creative and help others with invitations, signs and stickers. Above all, I love using my talents to help others achieve their vision and I feel grateful I can help family and friends with little projects. My dad was a photographer, so I have a little of that in my blood. All my family has a little bit of an artistic talent, and I am proud of my digital side!
